Entrepreneurship has served as a catalyst for expansion and innovation, spurring growth and inciting reform; often contributing profoundly and positively to society. However, we believe that serious deficiencies exist and needs have arisen:

+ Inaccessibility to opportunity for a large majority of the population
+ Lack of entrepreneurs striving to achieve positive social change
+ Lack of an open forum for young professionals offering their skills in order to achieve social change

So, why AZLera?

AZLera believes in individuals and their diverse contributions to the community as the basis for creating an open, connected and competitive society. Some of the most diverse and unique points of view are to be found various underserved communities around the world, whether in Africa, Asia, South America or in the US. AZLera through its projects, seeks to empower these communities to articulate and realize their vision such that they will be able to address their own issues and shed new light on our own.

AZLera hopes to become a forum, a vehicle of expression and/or a catalyst for individuals to contribute to their society and make profound, positive and lasting change.
